Company · Supply chain
We would rather grow our supply chain than switch it.
Most of our packages go to subcontractors we have used before, because prequalification takes three weeks and a working relationship takes years. This page starts the three weeks.

-
Register interest
Day 0Email us your company profile, trade scope and the three most relevant projects you have completed. One page is enough to start.
-
Document review
Days 1–7We check commercial registration, classification, insurances, HSE record and financial capacity against the package sizes you are asking for.
-
Technical assessment
Days 7–14A conversation with the relevant discipline lead, plus a reference call to one of your recent clients. For trades with site risk we also review your method statements.
-
Prequalified
Days 14–21You go on the approved list for your trade and package band, and receive tender invitations as packages come up. Re-assessed annually.
Have these ready
Sending all ten with your first email typically cuts a week off the review. Missing documents are the most common reason prequalification stalls.

What we expect — and what you get
Both directions, written down. The last item is the one subcontractors care about most and it is the one most main contractors leave off their website.
